Synectics Trainers opened its doors in 1996 to assist companies in upskilling interpersonal skills among employees. The primary purpose of teaming with staff  to achieve success and increase company bottom line is our mission. Synectic develops and facilitates experimental learning-based sessions that embody an interactive atmosphere where empowerment and motivation result in improved staff performance.
